Free delivery across the United Kingdom
Every order ships free to any UK address, including the Highlands and Islands. Parcels are tracked, heavy items travel on a pallet with a booked slot, and nothing is left on a kerb without a signature.
What happens after you order
- Order confirmation lands straight away, with the items, the delivery address and the price in pounds.
- Dispatch email follows once the item leaves us, with a tracking number where the carrier provides one.
- Heavy goods (lifts, ride-on mowers, shelters, pallets) get a phone call or email to agree a delivery day before the vehicle is sent.
Timescales
| Type | Typical dispatch | Typical delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Small parcels, accessories | 1 working day | 2–3 working days |
| Mowers, generators, larger boxes | 1–2 working days | 3–5 working days |
| Freight: lifts, shelters, ride-ons | 2–3 working days | 5–10 working days, booked in first |
These are normal ranges, not guarantees: manufacturer backorders and bank holidays move them. If a date matters, ask before ordering and we will confirm the current lead time.
Where we deliver
England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Offshore and far-north postcodes can add one working day. We do not ship outside the UK from this shop at the moment.
On the day
- Check the packaging before signing. Damage in transit must be noted with the driver and photographed.
- Freight is a kerbside delivery by default. If you need it moved into a garage or garden, say so before dispatch so we can quote it.
- Pallets are heavy. Have a second pair of hands, or tell us and we will arrange a tail-lift where the carrier offers one.
Missed deliveries
Parcels usually go back to the depot for a second attempt. Pallets that are refused or missed can carry a re-delivery charge from the carrier; we pass on only what they charge us, and we tell you the amount before rebooking.
