Terms of sale
The contract between you and HARRISO when you order from harriso.shop, under the law of England and Wales.
1. Who you are buying from

2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the dispatch email. If an item is mispriced or out of stock we contact you before charging, and you can cancel without cost.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free within the UK. Payment is taken at checkout by card or PayPal; we do not store card details.
4. Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk passes when the goods are delivered to the address you gave. See delivery for freight arrangements.
5. Cancellation and returns
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Condition, cost and exclusions are set out in returns, and refunds in refunds.
6. Faulty goods
Goods are supplied with rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Report faults with photos and your order number.
7. Product information
Specifications come from manufacturers and can change without notice. Images are of the product, not a lifestyle mock-up. If a detail matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing before ordering.
8. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses when you buy as a consumer, or for misuse of the goods.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
